To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or partially used fertilizers, manures, or soil mixes.

Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.

Discounted or promotional items marked as final sale.

Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product , defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. kindly remember, damage in the packaging which did not hamper the packed product will not be covered in the return policy.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original order (if eligible) and place a new one.
