Shipping Policy

At Bloom’s, we take great care in ensuring your gardening essentials reach you safely and on time. Each order is packed with love and handled responsibly to maintain the quality of our organic products.

 

1. Order Processing

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

2. Shipping Time

 

Once shipped, delivery usually takes  3–7 business days depending on your location.

Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

3. Shipping Charges

 

Free shipping on orders above ₹499.   A nominal shipping fee (based on weight and location) is applied to orders below ₹499. Exact charges are calculated at checkout before payment

 

4. Tracking Your Order ​

​

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your package status anytime until it reaches your doorstep.

 

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

 

If your package arrives  damaged or partially missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement at the earliest.

 

6. Address & Delivery Issues

 

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing the order. Bloom’s will not be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

 

7. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners. For bulk or custom orders, please contact us directly for special delivery arrangements.
